Where are you located?

What are your hours?
Our locations are locally-owned and operated so they determine their own hours. Please refer to our ‘Locations’ page for more information.

Can I see a menu?
Of course! Check out a sample menu over on our ‘Menu’ page.

Do you sell gift cards?
We do! Gift cards are available in any amount at our locations. Additionally, we do have $25 gift cards available for purchase on our ‘Shop’ page, which can be shipped within the continental U.S.. Please note that our gift cards can only be used in an actual LASATERS® store and not online.

Can I purchase your coffee and retail items online?
Sure can! We only ship within the continental U.S., fyi. Please refer to our ‘Shop’ page for more details.

Do you deliver?
We do not have any exclusive partnerships with a delivery service, however, our individual locations may have delivery options. See store for details. Contact info can be found over on our ‘Locations’ page or you may also reach out to a specific locale via our ‘Contact’ form.

Are you hiring?
Applications are accepted year round here on our website, however, our locations manage their individual hiring processes. For more information, and to find out if a specific LASATERS® location is currently hiring, please contact the store directly. Do you roast your own coffee?
We sure do! We’ve been proudly roasting our own award-winning coffee since 2004. Our headquarters is based in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Where does your coffee come from?
We work with an awesome coffee broker who provides us with the best coffees from countries all over the coffee-growing climates of the world, including: Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania,  and more!

I’m not a big fan of coffee, do you have tea or other beverages?
Absolutely! We have a wide selection of hot and iced black, green, and herbal teas. We also have fruit smoothies, gourmet hot chocolate, and more. Check out our sample menu for an idea of all that we offer.

Do you have any gluten-free items on your menu?
We have some salads that are naturally gluten-free, as well as some gluten-free snack breads and oatmeal. We’re always looking at other items to add to our menu so be sure to ask your barista what is currently available. Also, please know that we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination of potential allergens will not occur in our kitchens.

How long have you been in business?
